FASTSIGNS Establishes Internal Diversity and Inclusion Committee
As we embark on this journey, FASTSIGNS is proud to announce that we have formed our first-ever Diversity and Inclusion Committee. This newly established committee comprised of a solid and diverse group of FASTSIGNS franchisees selected from our broad, global network.
Who Serves on This Committee?
This group will be crucial in helping our team create and foster an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion with FASTSIGNS. We hope these current and future efforts serve as a starting point and inspiration for other organizations to follow suit, even beyond the signage and franchising industries.
The committee is comprised of eight members and will focus on a few critical areas of business:
- Inclusion of minority franchisees
- Promoting more open dialogue and collaboration across brand
- Creating more diverse workplace environments
- Establishing diversity training for employees
- Creating more inclusive initiatives in the industry
