Requirements for New Franchisees

The minimum requirements we ask of prospective franchisees include:

  • $80,000 minimum available capital
  • $300,000 minimum net worth
  • A good credit rating

FASTSIGNS also offers all franchisees powerful financing options. We have more than $21 million set aside just for financing in order to help franchisees fund their FASTSIGNS ambitions. That’s just one way we utilize our resources to support our franchisees.

  • Franchise Fee: $49,750
  • The total investment is between $234,317-$322,489

      • Have an introductory phone call with the Development Director and complete our confidential profile form
    2. Learn About The Brand
      • Review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with the Development Director and get insight from other franchisees
      • Tour a nearby FASTSIGNS and get insight from current FASTSIGNS franchisees.
    3. Develop and Open Your Own FASTSIGNS Center
      • Final Interview with Mark Jameson, our Chief Support and Development Officer and sign the Franchise Agreement
